EquipT

EquipT uses visual novel mechanics to showcase a variety of workplace struggles. In each game loop, the player follows a different employee and explores what kind of conflicts each character must deal with due to their particular gender, racial, and company identity.

Players can solve issues along the way by deciding what kind of social capital and resources to utilize.

This project was made during my time at Filament Games for EquipT, a start up in San Francisco dedicated to educating the workforce on DEI principles.
